Biography: Samuel Drukman practices civil and commercial litigation in the State and Federal Courts in New York, as well as before State and Federal administrative, investigative, and regulatory agencies.  Since he first joined the Firm in 2005, clients represented by Sam include international commodity traders, premier “black car” transportation company shareholders, construction companies, a major labor union, teachers, students, school administrators, as well as hard-working families seeking to provide their children with a quality education.  In addition to his experience as an all-around litigation attorney, Sam has developed a consistent track record of positioning clients’ cases for settlement, and has successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division, Second Department, including Chaudhry v. Vital Holding Co. of NY, Inc., published in New York Jurisprudence, 2nd Edition.
