Following law school, he was selected by the Kings County Supreme Court to make recommendations to the Justices on dispositive motions in commercial, administrative, and tort cases.  As a private attorney, Tony has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation, most notably breach of contract disputes, shareholder derivative and corporation dissolution proceedings, and numerous employment discrimination suits.  He has also counseled court-appointed fiduciaries in the administration of estates, and represented immigrants in making asylum and other immigration applications.
